Monthly Council Meeting - October 12, 2022

2. Buildings and Roads 

• Presentation by Grant Epstein of Community Three Development regarding Corso Chevy Chase (4H) development. (note: Section 3's August 29, 2022 letter to Community Three can be viewed on our website by clicking the red bar on the homepage)   [note - Mr. Epstein canceled his participation the morning of the meeting. We hope to reschedule his appearance at a future meeting.]
• Proposed resolutions and ordinance changes:
  • To provide for grants that would, in certain circumstances, cover up to 50% of the cost of a required boundary survey
  • Permitting requirements for those putting a structure for discharge into the storm drains and covenants concerning maintenance and repairs of drainage systems emptying into the right of way or storm drains.
• Hoppin-Armstrong variance request (3715 Bradley Lane)
