Attached to this agenda is the Village Manager’s report which in the past has been orally presented to at Council meetings. To allow more time for discussion of discrete issues at Council meetings, we are distributing the Village Manager’s report in advance. It will be available for discussion at the Council meeting but it is anticipated that many items, included primarily for information purposes, will not require extended discussion, thus freeing up Council meeting time for other matters.

            Discussion of the draft budget which includes hiring an outside consultant to handle building permits like many of our neighboring jurisdictions, hiring civil engineers to address a series of stormwater issues within the community.

            Discussion of possible metric for addressing stormwater problems that may affect multiple properties.
