Agenda

Review & approval of December meeting minutes (5 minutes)

Election Charter Amendment Introduction--in order to run the May elections as we did last year (an emergency measure caused by COVID) we need to re-introduce an amendment to our Charter and perhaps make a permanent change in our voting to give people more time to participate and vote either in person or by mail-in ballot. Last year's voting enabled more people to vote and we also avoided dealing with the post office completely, which given their performance of late, seems like a good idea for an election.
