Review & approval of January meeting minutes (5 minutes)

Discussion of 2022 Election Procedures (15 minutes)

·        If the governor has declared a state of emergency due to COVID-19:

• A “contactless” election with two week voting period under same procedures used in 2021 (see Feb. News & Views p. 5)
• If the election is uncontested, cancellation of vote and appointment of council members
• If there is no state of emergency: May 10 election conducted per Section 3 Charter § 602(d)

Buildings and Roads (25 minutes)

·        Stormwater management initiatives

·        Lighting status update

·        Update on Montgomery County Thrive 2050, and planning board "Attainable Housing Initiative"

·        Permits granted since January meeting

·        Correction to Code § 6-311(h) (small structure building permit fees)

·        Review financial statements, T bill investment status

·        Permit processor job description

Community & Social (5 minutes)

·        Drive for detergent, etc. results
