Monthly Section 3 Council Meeting

In person or via Zoom. The meeting will be held in the Library on the ground floor of CCUMC.  Residents have been sent the meeting ID and passcode via email if you prefer to attend via Zoom. The meeting is open to all. (Interested members of the public are invited to contact the Village Manager for the meeting link and passcode: villagemanager@chevychasesection3.org).

Please note, the Church has new access protocols and a new security system in place so those coming in person will have to call the Village Manager so that we can let you in: 301-656-9117.

1 - Approval of the minutes from the January meeting as published in the February newsletter

2 - Buildings & Roads

  • Permits issued since the last meeting.

3 - Financial & Administrative

  • Review and discussion of financial statements 
  • Status of possible rental of office space above Brookville Rd. shops 
  • Proposal to hire a Social Events Coordinator in Lieu of an assistant Village Mgr.

The Council will go into Executive Session for the annual review of the Village Manager's salary and performance.
