• Update on Montgomery County Council “listening session” re Thrive 2050, and planning board "Attainable Housing Initiative" (10 minutes)
• Stormwater management initiatives (10 minutes)
  • Brookville Rd. WSSC project & Raymond St. project
  • Raymond St. drawings to go to residents soon & Zoom meeting to be slated
• Permits granted since November meeting
• Brady variance request (3620 Raymond St.), as described at p. 2 of the Dec. 2021 News & Views (10 minutes)
• Update regarding efforts to address left turn difficulties at Raymond St. turning onto Conn. Ave. (5 minutes)
• Tree planting program(s) progress report

• Review financial statements
• Status of job descriptions for an assistant to the Village Manager and a Permits Processor

Community & Social (5 minutes)

• Santa’s Visit plans (Dec. 19, 1:00-3:00 p.m.)
• Possible drive for needy in January for detergent, feminine hygiene products & diapers (all items not covered by the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and all very costly)
• Connecticut Ave. fire station collecting toys for needy children
