Alcoholic Beverage Use Application and Permit

No one under the minimum age of twenty-one (21) shall be allowed to consume any alcoholic beverage, nor shall they be allowed in the Village (Gazebo) Park during the permitted function unless supervised by a parent or other responsible adult.

Section 3 of the Village of Chevy Chase (the Village) will NOT be responsible for intoxicated persons. By submitting this application, the applicant, on behalf of themself and any organization co-sponsoring or sponsoring the function, agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Village, its Council, officers, agents and employees from any and all claims, costs, causes of action, damages, attorneys fees or liability of any nature whatsoever allegedly arising from or in connection with the serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the Village (Gazebo) Park.
